The gear box in my head is still turning after all of everything was said this year. What the hell is going on in America? Is there something in the water?
My thoughts on everything ……
America, are we safe? Has the mainstream media brainwashed us into believing that we are in danger, or is it ISIL and their actions of terror and those who follow them that has made us believe we’re in danger. Possibly the most prevalent source of fear that we have been fed by the spoonful from has been the White house and the President? No?
Then again. Maybe I’m retarded.
Is ISIS the problem or is Iran the real issue? Maybe the problem is the titles that were placed upon the military actions over the last few years.
War on Terror? Iraqi Freedom? Desert Storm? These names all could have been labeled “Grab for oil by force” and then at least we’d be openly honest about our real intentions.
Obama scares the shit out of me.
The Iranian deal that he completed was and is, very strange. Then the whole ordeal with 10 of our military men being held on their knees by the same screwed up country we just went out our way to give nuclear power to?
Yeah, and our President sits on national TV and never says a word about the captive Americans. Oh, and I love the narrative about how those military men ended up in Iran. “They drifted accidentally” or my favorite, “They accidentally sailed into Iranian waters”…. 10 men, of one of our most elite military branch, who are taught navigation and how to read a compass, accidentally drifted? Nothing 10 Marines do together is an accident.

Do you really think that changing the head on the snake this year is going to change anything? All the hype and bullshit, all the rallies and speeches, all of this propaganda crap we hear about everyday over this Presidential candidate running orchestrated event, all the clout and energy, will it make a difference who sits behind that desk in the Oval Office? Nope.
My thoughts are simple. Replace Obama with anyone you want. Trump. Cruz. Carson. Hillary Clinton. It won’t make a god damn difference who we elect into that office, nothing is going to change…. Why? Because, simply my dear friend… We crashed over that precipice and into a wall the very moment George Bush created the Patriot Act after 911 and took America into a pointless costly war for oil.
Which is where this post was heading.
Iraq was never a threat. But wholly hell, weren’t we were told otherwise?
We went into that country with our balls hanging out under the title of “Iraqi Freedom” then turned around and handed it over to ISIS on a silver plate with equipment we left behind. Smart huh?
Nothing must be more exciting than being a dirt poor fighter holding a beat up AK47 and finding an arsenal of Abram tanks with their keys still in them, all ready for your pleasure. As much as I hate ISIS and the whole Syrian thing going on, I must admit, we did a hell of a job at arming our enemies.
I’m just confused. How long ago was it when we were paying $3.85 to 4$+ for a gallon of gas? Now it’s down to $1.75 where I live. How? Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not looking at the teeth of a gift horse, but how the hell did we manage to bring the cost of a barrel of oil down to 23 bucks? Fracking? We managed to divert our dependency on foreign oil and gas prices fell, all due to fracking?
Possible, but this all comes shortly after we give the Aitolia of Iran a basket full of Enriched Uranium?
The Arabs are shitting their own respective pants at this moment, apparently not being able to take baths in Champaign and cognac and having to settle for beer and whiskey is a problem. I’m sorry, but they made so much fucking money over the years from America’s oil buying, that now, all of a sudden they are paying more for their yachting fuel than we are paying for “getting to work gas”.
Poor Israel is still scratching their heads over us cutting ties and floating aircraft carriers in the waters between them and Iran. Apparently Israel is worried about Iran obtaining nuclear weapons? Why would they worry about that? After all, Iran loves Israel, right? (That was a joke, mind you.)
Yet, why would the biggest supporter and Allie of Israel suddenly wipe our muddy feet on their Kashmir living room rug and take a shit in the top part of their toilet? What the hell was that about? We’re fucking the Jews and shaking hands with Iran? Fun.
And our boy wonder Obama still has plenty of time to continue on with his bullshit. I was given a bumper sticker a few weeks ago from Cherokee Guns in Murphy NC. It read…”71 Virgins Dating Service, Inquiries Welcomed” which I lovingly stuck on my bumper right next to the other one that says, “Armed Redneck Infidel on Board.” Might as well just say it like it is.
My favorite quotes thus far from Obama…. “I’m sending Automatic Assault Weapons to Syrian Rebels fighting a regime that does not represent them or their values.” Then followed up with. …. “There is absolutely no reason for Americans to own assault rifles.”
I’m like most Americans. I believe the 2nd Amendment stands for freedom, and owning a gun, any gun, is my god given right from my forefathers. I own a legally purchased AR, and I’m damn proud of it. I keep it locked up, clean and ready to rock and roll. Three locks to get into its case, using two different keys, a wire lock on the gun itself and enough ammo to take on ISIL should they come to my mountain home looking for a red neck infidel.
If Obama wants to take my gun, or make it illegal to own, I’ll be pissed…..I worked hard to buy that Smith and Wesson M&P 5.56, passed 3 background checks and I keep it legally stored. The only law I break is the speed limit. So…to hell with infringements on a uninfringeable right. Kiss my ass.
So who is really more dangerous? Legally Armed Americans? ISIS? Obama or GWB?
I’m under the impression that whatever is going on in this world outside of the US, will never be divulged to simpleton folk like me. All we can do is try to decipher the tid bits of clues and imagine the possible possibilities of what’s next. Which seems gloomy and riddled with doomsday outcomes. Then again, perhaps I’ll get a deer this year and humble my worrisome heart when I reach up into that warm carcass and cut out the lungs and heart and clean 80 pounds of meat from Bambi for my family. Because in the end, a country boy can survive and bumper stickers sometimes really are true.
